Viggle is a powerful general-purpose character animation tool: you bring your own motion video, choose settings and work within its free or paid plans. That flexibility is great for creators who make many videos. ReelMe is built for people who just want to join one specific trend today, so each template is already cut to the right moment, with the original sound, and the price is fixed per video.
Pick ReelMe if you want one finished viral video quickly without learning a tool. Pick a general tool like Viggle if you want to animate your own custom motion clips or make videos in bulk.
