This policy explains what data ReelMe collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your photo — used only to generate your video.
• Your generated video — stored so you can view and download it from your private link.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We receive a transaction ID and order status, never your card details.
• Basic technical and advertising data — such as pages visited and conversion events (for example via Google Ads), used to measure and improve our marketing.

How we use it

We use your photo and video only to provide the Service. Photos are sent to our AI video processing provider solely to create your video. We do not sell your data or use your photo to train AI models.

Retention

Photos from unpaid orders are deleted within 3 days. Photos and videos from paid orders are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your photo and video at any time by contacting support with your result link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
