Terms of Service

ReelMe ("we", "us") provides an online tool that turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video based on a trending video template you choose ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Purchases

Each video is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no account. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Your content

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian, photos of public figures or private individuals without their consent, or content that is sexual, violent, hateful, defamatory or otherwise unlawful. You keep ownership of your photo. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to create your video.

3. Generated videos

Generated videos are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Results are produced automatically by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to deceive, impersonate, harass or harm anyone, to create misleading content about real people, or to violate any law or third-party right. We may refuse or remove content and block access at our discretion.

5. Availability

Your result link and video are stored for 30 days, after which they may be deleted. Download your video if you want to keep it.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
