The song is “BbY WOW” by Karol G with the Spanish artists Judeline and rusowsky, from her 2026 album “No me arrepiento de sentir tanto”. It went to No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs and on Spotify's global daily chart. The hook that people type as “dime dime baby” is why so many searches pair those words with Karol G; the official title is spelled “BbY WOW”, which is where “bby wow” comes from.

Two trends run on the same song, and searches mix them up. One is a dance: the Venezuelan trio LOS MENOR3S filmed a little routine backstage at a concert, it took off on TikTok, and Karol G later brought two of them on tour to dance it. The other is the meme: a party video from Mexico, reposted from the account @eve.el.cholo, where the guy makes his entrance, bites the bread and freezes with that look. That is the clip behind “baby wow meme guy”, and #bbywow has passed 885 million views.

The meme spread because it's easy to remix: a confident walk-in, a weird little pause, and a stare that can be pasted after any setup. Variants include duets reacting to the stare, people copying the walk-in at their own parties and weddings, and a wave of AI edits that swap someone else into the guy's place.

If you want to learn the dance itself, search for LOS MENOR3S' tutorials; it's a short routine and doable at home. If you want to be the quinceañera guy without staging a party, that's the template's job: it redoes the original clip with your face and body, from the dance-in to the stare.

Use a full-body or at least waist-up photo, facing the camera, with your arms visible. A plain t-shirt photo looks closest to the original. The template has one slot, so for a friend or sibling, use their photo instead of yours (with their permission).
